Cold & Flu Season
To protect vulnerable patients, anyone with respiratory symptoms (e.g. sore throat, runny nose, fever, loss of taste/smell, sinus or ear pain) must not enter the clinic.
Please call to book these appointments—do not book online. Your doctor will advise whether the consult will be in the clinic or from your car.
On arrival, stay in your car and call reception. Wait until your doctor advises you to come in. Masks are required if entering the clinic with respiratory symptoms.
Telehealth is available for unwell patients or those with COVID-19 or Influenza.
