15 minute standard consultation
Our standard consultations are 15 minutes. Extended appointments are made for the following:
- New patients
- Insurance Medical
- Pregnancy (first visit)
- Complex or multiple medical problems
Arrive early
If you are a new patient, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment in order to complete clinic forms. Otherwise, click the link below to download a copy of our new patient form, fill it out, and bring it with you to your appointment.
