Dr Awwad joined the Medical HQ team in 1998 and currently consults at both Athelstone and Glynde.
Dr Awwad graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1985 with a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery and before joining Medical HQ worked in General Practices at Pt Noarlunga, Prospect and Glenunga.
Dr Awwad commenced practicing shared antenatal care 15 years ago and continues to do so today. Alongside this, Dr Awwad takes a special interest in women's health, osteoporosis and mental health.
Alongside spending time with her husband, three sons and daughter-in-law, Dr Awwad enjoys cooking, music, painting, reading and socialising with her extended family.
